The products are delivered digitally via e-mail, as physical courses or events, or by Post or freight forwarder.

Products can be purchased with major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard and Dankort.

All prices are in USD or danish crowns including taxes.

For subscriptions, the subscription price stated on the product page is automatically deducted for each subscription period. Receipt for the withdrawal will be sent by e-mail.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your subscription registration after entering into the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to info@thesouluntangled.com, or by logging in to your account and stopping the subscription yourself. The termination is immediate and after the termination no further invoicing or deduction will be made. However, invoices already issued must still be paid.

If you want to change card the subscription is drawn on, this is done by clicking on the link that appears in each invoice.

Delivery usually takes place in a few minutes, but in very special cases it can take up to 5 working days.

There is a 14 day return policy. If you regret your purchase within 14 days, contact us at info@thesouluntangled.com and you will get all the money back.

All rights to courses, workshops, events and digital products belong to Berit Skjernaa. Upon purchase, only a license is obtained to use the purchased product as stated under the product in question.
